Upon arrival my husband and I were very glad to see this establishment had an A rating. We pay close attention to things like that. I don’t know how because I was sorely disappointed waking up to use the restroom and our bathroom was full of roaches. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but unfortunately they weren’t. We left immediately (around 5:15am). We were traveling and TIRED so to have this inconvenience was a bit much. When we went down to check out they were setting up for breakfast, I could have thrown up at the fact that they were serving food and have roaches. YUCK! Needless to say, we will never sleep at another Comfort Suites again. Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk. He was very nice and appeared to be genuinely concerned and apologetic. It’s more than what I can say for the property manager who never even called to offer an apology. I do not recommend this place to stay.

This property is very outdated. The front guest staff was extremely friendly and performed a very good day expedited check-in. However, the elevators were dirty, the common areas downstairs by the coffee bar had not been maintained for the day, horrible smell coming off of the elevator, food on the floor of the elevator which had not been wiped down, entry doors into most of the rooms very worn down, mold in the bathtub, and numerous areas in the room needing touchup this is not a five star property, however more care needs to be taken. I work in healthcare and was concerned with infection control . housekeepers did as good of a job as they could’ve done inside of the room with what they had to work with. Not competitive with other properties
