"The property was clean and very convenient to our needs. However, when we arrived we found that one of the 2 beds did not have sheets. It seemed that someone was aware of this because the bedspread was pulled back on the bed with no sheets. We contacted Vacasa three times and NEVER received the sheets. This type customer service seems unacceptable to me. The property was very nice but vacasa not so much. "

"The property was a cute studio cottage located on 2 acres of land. Parking was available for one vehicle. The surrounding area was being developed with new homes so during the course of the day, you would hear construction equipment and homes being built, but that didn’t start until 8 AM and it ended by 5 PM. "This was our first time in Ocean Isle, NC. This was the perfect little oasis. The neighbor Linda was so nice, helpful.
