"We checked in this hotel on 29th night. Firstly, locating the hotel was difficult. Address is marked wrongly on Google Map. Room AC was not working. Wi-Fi password given was incorrect. Tea was served at 8 am, one hour after request was made. Poha was served in the breakfast. It tasted horrible. We ordered omelette on payment which was OK. Reservation was for 3 days. We requested the hotel authorities to cancel our booking for remaining 2 days. After some persuasion, they agreed, ...

"Stay was excellent. Little things were taken care of and staff was very friendly. The food was really good too. Loved the Methi water and Ajwain water touch in the breakfast menu."
