"Do you guys even have an idea of the property you list on your page, they call themselves a business hotel, but they are not even close to a roadside lodge. Call for a tea through room service at 4 PM and a standard reply, "kitchen is closed". This is the most ridiculous place I have ever stayed."

"From check-in to check-out, my experience was really good, except I was asked 3 times that I should have consumed a chocolate bar in the mini-bar which I didn't or even I didn't know it was there even though I explained it 3 times."

This is one of the first hotel rooms that feels like coming back to a cosy home/nest since they have a nice little kitchenette with induction stove tops and a microwave and essential vessels/cutlery. "We had a lovely short stay at the Taj. Sree the guest service coordinator was warm and welcoming and went out of her way to assist. We ate at the Tamarin and also received excellent service from Bishu.All in all it was perfect for our layover in Bengalaru. "
