"There was a disconnect between the website that begins with an e and x (they won't allow me to mention them by name because it would embarrass them) and the hotel. When I went to the hotel's app to do the check in, it did not recognize my confirmation number, forcing me to check in at the front desk. This was not a big deal but it should not have happened."

"We had a great stay. I do agree with past reviews that more attention can be paid to details of cleanliness. However, the beds and towels and shower were very clean, which was most important to me. The property is great and while we didn’t eat in the restaurant, it was convenient to know we could still have a great dining experience without leaving. The grounds were a great plus and I’m sure it’s better in warmer months. The staff provided great service as well, would visit again. "
