"We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either....

You can walk to everything, including Historical sights, restaurants, as well as shops of every kind. Two blocks away is a sight seeing bus pick up, which we hopped on. That was nice. If I had one complaint, it would be that does get a bit noisy at night on the weekend, but that was a small price to pay for a location that gets you everything. "
