"Every now and then you stumble across a gem and you wish you had more days to stay. That is the Sunset Hill House. This place has historical charm, breathtaking views, and has managed to keep itself updated. over 9 days in New England and this was the best place we stayed. I cannot say enough about it. You will not regret it!"

"My husband and I had an amazing anniversary at the Omni. The spa is beautiful and has many amenities to enjoy throughout the day, such as the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. We had a wonderful lunch at Stickney's and dinner at 1902. All of the staff were so professional and very pleasant to speak to. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job. The room was fabulous with the high ceilings and seperate bathtub. We were in the presidential wing which is a bit of a trek, but worth it!"

The property looks like the misfit child of the Valley surrounded by the other favorites that got first dibs on central HVAC and semi-modern flooring and fixtures throughout. For what it was, it was sufficient for my needs but I would say it was overpriced considering the condition of the property."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "

"The staff was great! I had to ask for iron and ironing board, and the receptionist was on top of it!! They called to advise me about the shuttle offering to the wedding reception I was going to. Loved my room and the lounging areas. Will definitely go back!!!"

"We booked a last minute small getaway without really knowing where to stay in the area. What a wonderful surprise Waterville Valley was! So many things to do and most with in walking distance. The hotel was definitely older than some of the condos and resorts but was very clean and the room was perfect for our needs.
