"Good space with lots of historical character. We used it well for our pre-xmas family gathering. Good location for downtown and the river walk. Comfortable beds, plenty of parking. Fairly well stock w/dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.Kind of sparsely decorated and the furniture is a bit too small for such large rooms. Could use spare chairs and blankets in the bedrooms. Back bedroom is unheated. Some small details need to be worked out like doors latches, towel racks, kitchen organization,...

"Great communucation. We went in December and roads were icy so half of our group had to park at the bottom and walk up. Well stocked coffee bar and easy to find things. We enjoyed our time there. "

"We stayed at Frank’s place the week of July 4th with our adult kids and grandkids. Loved the space outdoors with the big tree swing, large porch, fire pit and bball court. Frank was a kind and responsive host and easy to talk to. The indoor space is separated from but part of Frank’s house. We cooked most dinners at the house and kitchen was well equipped with nice table for family meals. "This property was amazing. The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with and personally delivered a boat and kayaks that we rented from them. The location is ideal and our kids enjoyed the beach and large grass area, and we had a fire in the fire pit each night. The house slept 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably."
