"Everything was as listen and location was perfect. So peaceful and lots of land for kids to run around. Only complaint i have is the wall fan upstairs didnt work,but we made due. Also stove was dirty (with grease) and found clumps of dog hair all over. Which i just cleaned up. No biggie to me but might to othrs "

"We could not have been happier with our stay at this cabin. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. We loved getting up and drinking our coffee on the deck looking at the lake watching the swans. The fall colors were incredible. Property manager was great at checking in and readily available whether by email or texting. You are close to many wonderful destinations, Ludington 40 minutes and Traverse City 90 minutes."

"This home was very comfortable for our family. Our 4 year old grandson loved running around the property exploring, fishing, catching frogs, having a fire, etc. The location is private and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kayaks and canoes were great to get out on the lake for fishing. The lake neighbors were mostly quiet, a few speed boats periodically but not intrusive. Overall a great retreat for us!"

"We had a great time at Eagles Landing Resort. The house was enormous and was a perfect fit for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. "My family ( 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 4-8) had a wonderful two week stay. The house is stunning inside and outside. The main floor is very open plan with stunning views of the lake. We enioyed many beautiful sunrises. The outdoor area suited our family really well. The kids enjoyed building sandcastles, swimming and fishing off the dock. Kris was quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend choosing this home for your vacation. "

"We normally go further North to see fall colors but this year we chose this VRBO to be on a lake to enjoy the tree colors. Colors were present on the trees and location on the lake was perfect. And this trip we got to bring our dog which was the 1st time for us which he enjoyed this trip as well. We had cousin/wife stay with us as well and perfect as each couple had their own floor. I'm sure we will talk about this trip for years to come."

"Very nice and very cozy. Functional, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, not everything but enough to make due. No need to make calls during the week because something was not working or had broke. Fall colors where peak, playing golf on the Royal was superb, and kayaking on Lake of the Clouds magical. "Yes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer. "
