"We were selling our house so needed somewhere to stay for a week during showings. This place is clearly a short term rental run by slum lords. It was FILTHY. There were mouse droppings, spider webs, dead bugs, unknown fluids on the furniture, dead mice in traps in the kitchen and the floors were so dirty my daughter's hands and feet were black from crawling on them. We left and were promised a refund because of the conditions - well it's 2 months later and Carol the "manager" is still making up...

"Spacious rooms. Pool is smaller than it looked in the photos, though is perfect for kids. Very limited poolside seating. Rooms have full size oven, dishwasher and a generous sized fridge and a microwave. We live local (Durham) and know the area. It is convenient for public transportation or driving being right off the 401. Whitby Centrum is close by which has a number of amenities (movies, Playdium, indoor mini putt, lazer tag, restaurants etc). Staff have all been very kind and friendly. "
