"We were very pleased with our stay. The place is massive. It looks big in the pics but until you actually see it you don’t realize how big it is. A wonderful place for a family gathering. Lots of space to hang out together and plenty of space for those who wanted more privacy. We were here during the Olympics so really appreciated all of the televisions and the theater. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the theater, pool, and all of the games provided....

"We loved the old house and all the period furnishings. Mostly we loved that it could fit all of us in one place. A short walk to the nice little beach was great. A short drive to Walker or to Brainerd to explore. We had a wonderful time being together, sitting around a campfire, grilling, and playing in the yard."

"This is our second time staying at this rental and we absolutely love it! It has everything you could possibly need. The sandy beach is great for the kids and the rental provides a paddle boat and kayak...that kept the kids busy every day! Trees provide lots of shade, but there's also enough sun throughout the day. Lots of chairs by the beach and fire pit, which was also a huge hit each evening. Property provides firewood, as well! The cabin is VERY spacious and VERY clean. Proximity to Walker...

"The property was perfect for our mother daughter time together. There were 7 of us and the accommodations were perfect. Shopping, eating, and drinking establishments were all within walking distance of the house. We spent a lot of time at the fire pit outside of the home. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "The house is a bit smaller than the pictures made it look .still a big place we had a large group . If your taking a large group bring a big frying pan the pans are small and u will need to bring paper towels & garbage bags.the kitchen has plenty of dishes. The house is nicely decorated. They had fun going fishing in the boat but caught fish from the dock as well was kinda theres a bit of weeds for swimming although the small grand kids enjoyed the sandy beach.also wadeing in the water it rained...

"We had an amazing time at this property. This was a great location for our family trip of six. Our favorite part was the pontoon and kayak. We took the pontoon out several times for fishing during the week and had some good luck.The pin pong table was used daily and added some fun memories. Evening fire pit with s’mores was a fun nightly event. There is a lot to do in the surrounding areas as well. We found a good hiking path near Longville that was about 4.5 miles but could have been longer...
