"I had an issue with my credit card being left in Louisiana. The even desk clerk wasn’t a help. So I left, not knowing what to do, and my hotel already paid for through Expedia, I sat in my car and cried. Then around 1230 am I decided to try again and went into hotel, and the overnight desk clerk a new lady was there. I told her my issue and She didn’t hesitate, she got me into my room, I got to sleep some and then off to my final destination in morning. She was an angel, and although I know she probably did something she didn’t want to do, there was a point where I needed someone to help me. She did. Thank you for this angel. "

"We were very impressed with our stay ! The breakfast was absolutely over the top and delicious, offering a perfect start to each day. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable and clearly well cared for, everything felt fresh and clean. The Dove toiletries were a nice touch. Highly recommend !"
