"Terrible nights stay. The door of the club room had a gap of about 1 inch at the bottom and any corridor noise was heard even with towels blocking the gap. Female occupants of the room opposite were rowdy, loud and had lots of “gentlemen callers” all through the night. The night staff were informed 3 times but no action was taken. They had plenty of opportunity as the “ladies” went outside for smokes every hour and banged the door on exit and entry. I know it’s hard to control bad behavior but I felt very let down that no attempt was made by staff to talk to the “ladies” when they were in there room. Seemed like everyone on our floor apart from the “ladies” were at Starbucks when it opened all complaining about the lack of sleep and staff inaction. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! Every member of staff we came into contact with were so pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was spot on, we had everything we needed in our room and none of us had any complaints at all. The beds were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows provided if needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area. I can't think of anything negative. It is not the Ritz, so if you expect that then you will be disappointed. It is, however, a clean and tidy hotel, with wonderful staff and very reasonable price."
