"Very relaxing and spacious home. Ideal location to stay, very close to the river and beach. Brad our host was outstanding, very helpful and accommodating. My elderly father stayed in the apartment which was ideal for him. Plus he managed the stairs to the first floor. Fabulous balconies to enjoy lunch and an evening drinks. My dog was also very welcome, outside shower was perfect. Definitely recommend. "

"Nice location short walk to the Estuary and quiet street.We could also take our wee dog.Lucky for us the house upstairs was empty so no banging through the ceiling but unfortunately our stay was not quiet….the house close behind was building and huge trucks were coming an going non stop and using the beach house land for all the vehicles (though plenty of room for our car) nobody’s fault the neighbours were lovelyJust doing major renovations before selling their property."

"We loved this little old fashioned bach, all the quirks and the character. And so close to the best beach in NZ. Its well set up with multiple places both in and out to gather or alternatively hide with a book. Great communication with the hosts who were very generous with the extras: books, games, boogie boards etc. Look forward to returning in the future. "
