"Hampton Inn and Suites at Panama City Beach is a beautiful relatively new property. A beachfront property it has direct access to the amazing powdery white sand beaches. There is a heated pool on the back deck of the property which felt wonderful in February. The all-inclusive breakfast was good/typical. "The property is right on the beach and has a heater pool that is very nice. It appears there is new management, and there was a flurry of activity to improve the outward appearance of the property. The building is old and tired and needs the attention it is getting, There is no bar or restaurant, although there is one at the pool that is not functional. "

"Good budget Hotel. Mostly clean, definitely dated. We were there 5 nights and our room was not serviced at all. I got fresh towels from one of the housekeepers when she was in the hall outside the room. It was nice to open the balcony door and hear the ocean and look out the window to see it. The beach was right there, but the access to the beach was blocked for repairs, but no repairs happened while we were there. If you are looking for decent, low price then this fits that."

"We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and to our delight, the lobby was locked, which for security purposes we appreciated. The Manager at the front desk, Victoria Bryant, was professional and friendly and had the energy of the energizer bunny! We stayed for 3 nights and saw her several times and she was the same every time. She made sure we were satisfied and had what we needed, as did the other front desk employees when she wasn't there. "There was no water Saturday morning, was fixed quickly. Toilet handle was cracked and they fixed it while we were out of the room but then the toilet kept running. Breakfast was very good! "
