"Reminder they give a physical key which you must remember to return if you leave before 8:00 AM and there isn’t anyone at the desk. They were very nice about our taking the keys by mistake, we overnighted them back to the hotel. The staff is very nice. The building needs some work, it was clean but updates and repairs are needed. The staff has always been top notch and the property is always pristine. But what sticks with me is how staff remembered me when I’d stop back in for a few nights sojourn, the generous late checkout on days when I had bad medical news and the overall compassion of the staff.
