"This is my second fall trip to the Turtle Cove property in Hiawatha National Forest. The house and property were excellent, clean, and ready when we get in the first evening. The location made for great adventures and the morning views of the fall colors were excellent as I sipped my coffee. I will look to stay at this property again on my next visit to the area."

"Had no trouble finding this lovely place on the lake. Overall enjoyed our stay, however: House needed a deep cleaning. Beds were uncomfortable. Foam mattress toppers were too hot. Sheets and blankets didn’t fit the king bed. Both bedrooms/1 bathroom are downstairs, and dehumidifier needed emptying several times a day. Refrigerator water dispenser incredibly slow. Window screens needed cleaning. Outdoor grills very dirty and in disrepair. Stairway handrails not secure. Three light bulbs in...

"Cottage had everything we needed. We had a lot of new snow that made the stay even better. Nearby great cross country ski trails and snowmobiling. A lot of communication from the property managers. "
