"Our small, recently graduated Girl Scout Troop stayed and it was a perfect fit for our needs. The kitchen was helpful for low-cost in-house meals and the walk to Marina Village and the ferry dock was very manageable. The girls enjoyed the pool and the area was very quiet. The extra beach towels came in very handy! Our host was very informative and accommodating. I would recommend it for a reasonably priced vacation!"

"We have stayed at the Baha Mar previously and did not want the hustle and bustle of a popular resort. The unit was just as described and Winnie was a real gem. She did some pre-provisioning for us which was very helpful. We also used the services of the recommended food delivery service, Kraven. Kraven was absolutely perfect since we did not have to cook ourselves or leave the wonderful unit to go to a restaurant. The unit was well stocked, had a great view, and clean. "

"Paradise Island is the best touristy area at the Bahamas, especially the beach side of the Atlantis. The Sunrise Beach Villas are located right there, you can enjoy the wonderful white sandy beach and the ocean. It’s just 20-30 minutes walk on the beach or on the street to get to the Atlantis casino, otherwise the hotel doesn’t accept visitors before about 6pm without admission fees and the valet parking at Atlantis is $20. Sunrise Beach Villas is a better choice, in a townhouse like apartment,...

"We had a wonderful stay here in October. Unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 7. Washer and dryer worked well and are a necessity on vacation with 5 kids. We rented a car and had a blast driving all over the north side of the island, to different beaches and attractions. Taxis are plentiful if you are uncomfortable driving on the left. I would have liked one more large nonstick pan. I’d have bought one myself and left it if we had stayed longer. A shared outdoor barbecue area...

"Beware of a rental that doesn't show the actual outside pictures of building. The check in process is horrible with the host, the key was under a conch shell below some lock boxes. The check in procedure never arrived via email like the host said. He finally called back after numerous calls that went unanswered. No address provided. We had a VIP Transport service that lived a couple of streets over and he advised us to go elsewhere. There is a locked gate leading on to the premises but barbed...
