"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. "We were pleasantly surprised to discover that Annick’s place has it all. Fantastic location , one block from the Sandaĺs beach, 15 min walk to Baha Mar beach. Restaurants and other shops are also super close. The appartment is very comfortable, tastefully decorated with all imaginable amenities. We were sad to leave. Our hosts were helpful, flexible and very friendly! Thank you for everything. We highly recommend your place! "

Baha Mar is about a 20-25 minute walk away, but the walk just follows a straight path so not too strenuous. Overall, this was a great stay!"

"The outside of the property needs updating (which they were working on) but the room was exactly as listed. The beach is right across the street, but to swim, we had to walk a little way. Taxis are very expensive. Get a price first because the cost range is huge. 40-80 per ride one way. Overall it was a great room. We have no complaints. Corneilla is so sweet and helpful!"

The rooms however are extremely dated and in need of renovation. The kitchen was in poor condition and ill equipped lacking utensils and dishes. The grounds are well maintained as are the pools.
