"When the fire alarm went off at 4 am on New Years Day, the staff were quite quick to help evacuate the premises and kept people informed. There was no fire and we were quickly allowed back to our rooms. One thing I was not impressed with was that when we booked, there was not information that the swimming pool times were changed. This caused us to change our plans so that my children could go swimming, one reason for choosing this hotel."

"Our room was large (specious) very clean. The only negative was that i had to sleep with window open due to heat (did turn radiator off) due to location of room lots of traffic noise. "

"Very, very polite and excellent staff! Comfortable and good standard double room. Wish there were plugs/socket near the bed to charge phones but other that that an excellent hotel, facilities, and staff."
