"Liked: Friendly staff, Complementary Airport shuttle, Choices for some food right there. And a couple gas stations. Dislikes: Majority of the local businesses right there and some hotel staff speak Spanish. I walked across the parking lot to get my nails done and I had to put a translator on my phone so she knew what I wanted etc. other then what’s mentioned above not much to do in area within walking distance. "

"This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience with a fantastic view. The staff is amazing. We encountered an issue where the cleaning crew sprayed the bed with fragrance, which triggered a migraine for me since I'm very sensitive to smells. However, they promptly returned with fresh linens and pillows. Additionally, we ordered room service, and it was delivered to us within minutes. They are upgrading/updating the hotel, they start working after 10 am which is so unusual for hotels. Thank you for that :) Everybody is so friendly, happy & enthusiastic. Overall, our stay was great! And this hotel is within walking distance from my favorite restaurant, ARARAT, which has an amazing atmosphere and European cuisine. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a great dining experience."

"At every point of contact I received affable, professional white glove service. My view of the ocean was spectacular! This was a great Birthday Staycation. I wasn’t thrown off about the major renovations occurring at the Diplomat. I can’t wait until they are done so I can comeback and enjoy their worldclass amenities. Managers Chello and Edina (Sp) and Check-in Attendant Ashley were amazing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
