Customer service not so much I work for a company that remodels stores around the area and I recently moved from Roanoke back to Lynchburg and had to find my updated license and the lady at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable with her accusations that I would mess up the room and to make sure it was clean when I left and all kinds of rude stuff ! I am very unhappy with how she treated me and hope she doesn’t treat anyone else this way because you guys may lose business "

"James and his team are awesome! The hotel just opened a couple of weeks ago. There are a couple of ways to get to this hotel, but if needing the airport it's the closest location! Nearby Kroger, gas and shopping just a minute up the road. There was a small volleyball team when we stayed, the breakfast attendant did great keeping it full. This hotel has a continental breakfast, but the bagels, coffee and fruit hit the mark. Our suite was so nice and oversized and we were able to stay with our pet for a small fee. Not much around the hotel gave us a quiet night's sleep. "
