"Dukes palace is an amazing location. Really central and super convenient. The hotel itself is a stunning building but with a real modern feel. First time staying and loved every second. Only one minor thing was the location of plug points near a mirror and not having one which could be used for my partner Straigteners. Very minor but essential. Will definitely be returning 😀😀😀 "

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

It is a clean hotel , even that doesn’t have an elevator the front desk helped me with my luggage . Thank you for our stay and is well recommended . "

"We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting the Christmas Market. The location was excellent. A short walk to the main market and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was quiet and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the drain in our bathroom and the had it sorted right away. I highly recommend this place, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bruges! *I had to leave super early one morning due to a Belgian train strike (had to be on a bus at 6am to Amsterdam). One of the ladies booked me a taxi for the next morning for 5:30, and the driver was exactly on time easing my stress. ❤️"
