Mixed feelings
Based on the images we expected higher quality so it was a disappointing experience. The room we booked was 'superior', however, it was old and not amazingly maintained - the wallpaper was slowly letting loose and cracking open; insulation was bad as we could feel a cold draft close to the windows. There was no door on the bathroom, which was just a bit strange for us. One of the receptionists was not very friendly - we felt that we were seen as stupid for even asking things. On the positive side: breakfast was varied and hotel staff at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Flur und Zimmer haben bessere Zeiten gesehen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen. Das Frühstück war nicht sonderlich lecker, teilweise waren die Lebensmittel von schlechter Qualität. Die Interaktionen mit dem Personal waren von grummelig bis freundlich durchmischt. Ein Ausgleich für all das war der wunderschöne und gut in Schuss gehaltene Wellnessbereich (Nacktbereich), in dem wir uns super entspannen konnten.

Deze kamer was zeker de naam en prijs van een superieur kamer niet waart. Douchevloer geschilderd en afgebladerd, de regendouche verstopt van de kalk, handdoeken versleten. Kamer is toe aan een renovatie. Ontbijt en service perfect

Die Unterkunft ist gut nur die Parkmöglichkeiten sollte man unbedingt mit dem zimmer mitbuchen ansonsten hat man vor Ort ein großes Problem ...es gibt zwar Parkhäuser aber auch dort empfiehlt es sich vorab zu buchen ...ansonsten muss man alle 4 std 3 euro zahlen wenn man am Straßenrand parkt ...nicht wirklich toll ...Ostende war sehr schön

Chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement. Pas de produits de courtoisie et PAS de CLIMATISATION !!!! il me semble qu'à plus de 230 euros la nuit, nous pourrions dormir au frais et non dans une étuve ! Peignoirs et serviettes obligatoires et payantes pour l'accès au spa.

Prima kamer. Heel goed ontbijt. Kamer was echter op de zonkant en was heel benauwd. Ondanks dat het pas Mei was. Helaas geen airco aanwezig, dat was het enige minpuntje.
