"Excellent location. Friendly staff. Great rooms with balcony. Right next to Palermo Centrale Station. Perfect for travellers. Breakfast has something for everyone. Pavement tables with views of station busyness. Recommend this hotel. I liked how local workers -including TrenItalia Staff - dropped into the hotel for Coffees & Cornettos. "

"The hotel is brand new within a renovated villa. We stayed in junior suite room, which was very spacious with a sea view and a balcony. The room was very clean, modern, with A/C. There were two smart TVs with ability to stream. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Fabiola and Annia were very helpful and polite. "We had a perfect stay. The place just opened and everything was super new. Just take care by choosing your room. The room we booked was without proper window, this was not mentioned on the hotels.com platform at the time we made our booking. The staff was very supportive and as other rooms were available we could move to a super nice room with a balcony. We needed to pay for the upgrade, but the amount was super fair. We definitely would come back and fully recommend the hotel."

"Very sorry to leave this review, I am 188cm tall, I booked a single room, there was no information prior to say the shower and ceiling height was massively reduced in size, I could not stand up to shower, I have a neck injury and it was very uncomfortable. Room was fine otherwise warning really for tall people! I booked this as part of a longer trip to sicily, specifically for the pool, which they closed on my second hot day. No prior notice to guests, they had a private function, felt like...

"The hotel Al-Taïr Via Duca Degli Abruzzi 83 San Vito LoCapo is a hotel I would recommend. Very clean and owner available every day if you wished information or help. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. My only negative point was the breakfast buffet was the same every day. Air conditioning worked and tv had Sky available as well as terrestrial stations."

"This accommodation had an excellent location, just off a quiet street and felt very safe and secure. There was a lift to our place. The furniture was a little old and basic, but it suited our needs and the location made up for the "frugality" (e.g. no corkscrew, shower gel etc - unless you pay extra). But I shouldn't quibble as we had a great time!"

"Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it"

"We practically had the whole area by ourselves as we were there during off peak season. It was clean and very nice for my family of 6. The hotel was extremely accommodating and helpful! We would stay there again! "

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

Regarding Hotel - very nice, awesome and courteous and very helpful - from doorman, to bellmen, front desk as well staff for the breakfast. Highly recommend for the quality stay in Palermo. "

"The hotel was centrally located. It's a grand old building with beautiful marble decor and glorious chandeliers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was a delightful fine dining experience at a good price. "

"Fantastic boutique hotel/BB. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the welcome was great. Our room was large, clean and well appointed. We were overlooking the street below, with a cute balcony. Noise levels were fine, even with live music and a vibrant nightlife on the doorstep (just make sure you close the door properly!) We'll be back to Palermo, and we'll be back to Boutique B&B Vintage too! "

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was centrally located next to a large square. Our room had a fantastic view of the palazzo. The area was great for walking, and there were high-end stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Rooftop dining had an excellent atmosphere and good service. "
