"Very sorry to leave this review, I am 188cm tall, I booked a single room, there was no information prior to say the shower and ceiling height was massively reduced in size, I could not stand up to shower, I have a neck injury and it was very uncomfortable. Room was fine otherwise warning really for tall people! I booked this as part of a longer trip to sicily, specifically for the pool, which they closed on my second hot day. "This accommodation had an excellent location, just off a quiet street and felt very safe and secure. There was a lift to our place. The furniture was a little old and basic, but it suited our needs and the location made up for the "frugality" (e.g. no corkscrew, shower gel etc - unless you pay extra). "Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it"

"We received a warm welcome after a long drive to San Vito. I couldn’t speak any more highly of the staff, who were wonderful and always going that extra mile. Room was decent, and cleaned well every day with new towels. Wifi good. Breakfast was okay but all you really need is a cappuccino and a cornetto anyways. Roof terrance really great feature! "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
