"I can't say enough good things about the resort at Rancho Santana. The staff were great, the location is great, very nice facility, good food at the restaurant, nice spa, comfortable bed, quiet room. "The property is absolutely beautiful. The area surrounding it is less than ideal, but that can be said for most hotels near the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. I needed a cab to the airport at 0400. The front desk ordered the cab for me when I checked in. When I checked out, the agent at the desk gave me the name of my cabbie and even provided change for a $20 so I would have exact change for the driver. I was truly impressed with the service."
