"Everything was excellent except for the bathroom. The room they gave me had a bathtub and it was hard for the water to go down the drain, leaving several other people's hairs in it. I particularly didn't like the new update in the bathroom. I liked it a lot more when it had the glass door, but now it had a curtain that got too wet and the tub took away that special touch from before. Besides that everything was excellent, Hyatt Hotel is the best of the best. There is a reason I always come...

"The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the front desk ladies do speak English very well! The hotel is very quaint, beautiful art everywhere, bed is comfortable room is nice size, and AC is a very nice treat. Breakfast is very good, with fresh cut fruit and fresh squeezed juice. I would recommend to stay here."
