The cottage is in a nice quiet location just outside the small town of Holmfirth with plenty to do in the area and some nice pubs/restaurants only a few minutes away. "We enjoyed the cottage espically thr cosy log burner , the garden is not good if you struggle with walking up very steep steps , there was a very weird smell in the bathroom , cottage very rural , but we enjoyed walks , the main bedroom bed is very squeaky bit uncomfortable , but we did enjoy our stay away "

"Just what we needed to visit our daughter at Huddersfield Uni. We were looking for something on the lovely countryside around Holmfirth and this ticked all the boxes. Easy check in, plenty of options on just eat and a beautiful, characterful terrace with enclosed yard, perfect for our dog."

"We have just spent 3 days in this lovely cottage. We couldn’t find fault at all. Lynne was so incredibly helpful from the moment of booking. The cottage is delightful with plenty of room for four adults. The cupboards were well stocked and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Lynne even offered to get us anything we specifically needed before we arrived. Five star service! "
