"The property itself is beautiful and very well designed. It is quite special to see herons fly by as you sit in bed with a cup of tea. Before we arrived there was an issue with a storm causing a power cut and Sharon was very efficient in informing us of what was going on and providing pretty battery operated lighting for us. All in all it was a perfect experience."

"Clean, convenient & spacious apartment. The onky thing that lets ut down is the appalling wifi. Trying to to do work in the evening was almost impossible it was so slow. Its surrounded by modern office buildings so i have to assume the infrastructure is there."

"Alina at Premier Suites was exceptionally helpful—she promptly added our car registration to the bus lane exemption and was highly responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across from the Oracle Shopping Centre. We arrived late by car, and finding the property was a bit challenging at first, as our sat nav didn’t direct us correctly. Following the provided instructions carefully was essential. "Very clean and large rooms, best airport hotel I have been in for a while. Great dining options at the hotel restaurants with pizza and vegetarian healthy options. Gym and swimming pool if you would like to stay fit. Staff was helpful, hotel is very busy yet it felt quiet and calm, perfect to destress before or after your flights. Only downsides: 1) when I was calling the staff from the room it would take them a long time to pick up, often resulting in me having to call multiple times in a space of 15min. 2) they did not have a luggage scale. I think they could definitely work on providing one considering it's an airport hotel. Overall I highly reccommend this hotel. "
