George and Dragon Hotel

3.0 star property
6.0 out of 10, (17)
"I have a number of things I could say about the George and Dragon, but the most concerning was being told I hadn't paid for my room when it was booked using a rewards night in November as they no longer work with Expedia - my booking was through hotels.com The hotel did not recognise that my booking was paid for and asked that I pay and then sort it out later. My seven year old was very upset, thinking that she would have to sleep in the car. I wasn't the only booking with this issue."

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...
