"The house was clean and well set up. Everybody had a comfortable room and plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus. Very well located to attractions you would be going to in the area. The host was very quick to respond and communicated well. Definitely recommend for families or groups to stay together. We like the bird theme through out the house also."

"A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway."

"The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!"
