"The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!"

"The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future "

"We had a fantastic Thanksgiving break at this rental home with six families, including kids ranging from middle schoolers to toddlers. The house was spacious, with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. We particularly enjoyed cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen and spending quality time in the cozy common areas.
