"Delightful quirky accommodation; staff very friendly, lounge very homely with lovely log burner and plenty of glasses to enjoy your own drinks, snacks or takeaway food etc. Large communal tables which gives lots of opportunity to meet and socialise with other guests. Although our room wasn’t large it had everything we needed and was full of character. Alnwick has lots to see and do and lovely restaurants."

Our room was immaculate and impressively decorated. The bed was very comfortable, but the stand out feature was the tin bath - a real showstopper. I would highly recommend this hotel for a romantic night away."

The interior was like a boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. It was very comfortable, Steve and Lesley had thought of everything. The breakfasts were also excellent, Lesley went the extra mile to ensure I had something suitable for IBS. She really was so thoughtful and we really appreciated it."
