"Zuerst die guten Dinge,…Check in war sehr gut, das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich, Kaffee und Tee den ganzen Tag in der Lobby, Danke, genügend Parkplätze, schöne Anlage, der Pool sehr schön, ich denke aber viel zu warm, Nun die Dinge welche nicht so toll waren, das erste Zimmer war überhaupt nicht gereinigt, kann passieren, bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. aber auch in diesem Zimmer war der Boden komplett ungeputzt, auf den Nachtschränken Fingerabdrücke vom Vormieter, sowie diverse andere...

"My problem with this hotel was a resort fee of $50 per night and $27 for self parking. These hidden fees are ridiculous. I told the woman at the desk I had no time to enjoy the resort so why am I paying for it. Why do we have to pay for self parking? PLEASE STOP ROBBING PEOPLE!!! "

"Check in process was unsatisfactory. We went to register and said they didn’t have any rooms available. I called the reservation desk and they said they had rooms. We returned to the resort and they said they didn’t have any rooms. I called reservations again and she said she was working remotely and didn’t know if there was any rooms. I finally made the reservation through Expedia. Thank you Expedia. "

"We’ve stayed at Tradewinds many times.. this visit was excellent. The majority of the staff go out of the way to make you feel welcome. Our Bellhop was David. He had gone out of his way several times to make our stay better.. the coffee bar in the main lobby has the best coffee I have ever tasted! We went down there every morning and were served by a super friendly staff.. the Italian restaurant served amazing food… best breakfast around! We look forward to our next Tradewinds visit…"
