"We loved, loved, loved our time in this cozy cottage. We roasted marshmallows at the firepit by the dock, we entertained friends with the barbecue and we never ate inside as there's a lovely dining table for six outside with beautiful lakeviews. Our host was communicative and helpful. Directions to the house were difficult for us and our friends but we figured it out. We can't wait to return and make new memories. "

"We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. "

"Stay was nice. The shower did not drain, tv was tricky to turn on but once you figure it out, it’s fine. For a family of four, there is only one couch so there is not that much room to lounge. Overall, house was nice. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin! The house was incredibly cozy and had a great layout, making it perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed, including plenty of plates, cups, and pots for our group of 10. "Overall, the property was very nice and cozy. I only put 4 stars because a few things can be updated for a better experience. Needing a deep clean around the cabin would be beneficial, also mentioning the host being on the property/ inside the cabin while we occupied it to tend to the fire stove would have been great to know. The separation of the other 2 rooms should be clarified that they are not in the cabin. It’s the bottom of the cabin with no entrance from inside the main cabin so it feels...
