"I live roughly two hours away and anytime I have a family thing that may run late I usually grab a room here. It’s always clean and I feel very safe. The hotel is close to great food options and shopping if you wish. Very convenient and the staff is always friendly. "

"Was provided the password to the WiFi upon check-in, but it would not connect. Called the front office twice about 30 minutes apart to find out if it was down and let it ring at least 50 times each with no answer. Talked to same desk manager at check-in and maybe the owner/manager the next morning at check-out to complain. The owner/manager said I should have called and I told him I did with the details above.
