"I stayed here twice the first check in wasn’t as pleasant as the second one, she was rude felt like we were bothering her, she had to change our room cause the tv didn’t work & I asked are you sure that tv works we don’t want to have to change again she says no with ugly attitude I asked can she check before she said no I then asked could you bring us our new keys it was a no. Then she had the nerve to want my business partner to do her job. The morning employees were kind & welcoming, the beds were great got really good sleep breakfast was AMAZING & wasn’t long wait & we felt safe. Anytime I come to TN this is my home hotel not looking or giving anyone else a chance just don’t check in late."
