With two families with 3 kids ages 7-9 and a 14 year old we had a lot of room to spread out. A 15 minute drive the Appalachian Ski Mountain made it quick to get to winter activities. "We stayed at this property the week before July 4th, the house had enough space for our group of 18 people, the views of the property and the neighbor's horses were amazing. We especially enjoyed the open back yard area where we played many rounds of corn hole and the tennis courts. The temperature was wonderful for the middle of summer so we all enjoyed being outside.
