Get Away to the Cozies. Enjoy the fireplace or an outdoor Firepit evening with those you love. 3 bedrooms, a nice size office space that also transforms imto a bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. Arrange a holiday getaway with family and friends and have the amenities you need. From the spacious master suite to the large open concept kitchen your family and yourself will feel cozy and at homeā€¦there is Private parking as well, and if you plan on taking a drive to the Finger Lakes or heading on over to Niagara Falls its just a hop skip and a jump by car! The night life and restaurants in Downtown Rochester have a lot to offer and won't disappoint and all are within a short driving distance. The deck is very spacious and comfortable for gathering. Enjoy the indoor fireplace or the outdoor firepit. We are only 5 minutes away from RIT College and 10 minutes from UR Medicine college. The Cozy place is the perfect choice for family and friends.
