There wasn't much of a view, and the coming and going of neighbors was audible, but as a home base for visiting Sedona, it's great. The staff is friendly and helpful. "The pros - The unit was very clean and has awesome water pressure. Our unit had a beautiful view of the creek. The location its self is quiet and away from the hub bub of Sedona but close enough to get where you want to go. Staff is very responsive to questions. The cons - It take several minutes for the water to get hot so it feels like you are wasting so much water to dishes or shower.
