"We stayed for 3 nights and when we checked out, we realized it was the PEOPLE who work at this hotel that made it a great place to stay. Any hotel in any city can have pros and cons. But it's never the beds, nor the food, the price, nor the convenience to shopping that draws a person back. It's the AWESOME employees! And it includes cleaning staff, bar tenders, morning breakfast and coffee crew, and most especially the front desk personnel who really set the tone for making us feel welcomed. It was our first time here and we will stay again the next time we travel through Fargo / West Fargo. Thank you all for making us feel so special."
