"Service at the front desk was great. Our room was beautiful. My only complaint is there was no microwave or mini fridge To store the delicious leftovers from Rare, Fratelli’s, and Giardino. The valet accidentally took keys for a different vehicle out of our car when we arrived. We realized when we got home to CT that we didn’t have the keys to our other vehicle. The hotel had someone deliver the keys to us. "

"The hotel’s location was absolutely fantastic—right across from North Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. I highly recommend familiarizing yourself with the train system, as it’s a major plus to have such easy access. Tony checked us in, and he was wonderful—hilarious, welcoming, and clearly experienced, having been with Marriott for over 30 years. The staff overall was great and made our stay enjoyable. The only drawback was that the room could have been a bit cleaner, particularly in the bathroom. It wasn’t a major issue, but some areas could have used a little more attention. That said, this is truly a great hotel with an unbeatable location and excellent staff. I’d absolutely stay here again!"
