"We arrived 2 days after tropical storm Ernesto and was pleased to see that the property had a huge, diesel generator which was enough to provide power to everything. The property manager, Sharlene did an amazing job helping arrange for our arrival as the ferry from St. John was not in service and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. When we arrived there were about 10 people working on the house to make it perfect for our family. This property was spectacular from the furnishings to the pool and all that was needed for our comfortable stay. It was an added touch to not have WIFI which was to be expected after the storm because it allowed us to totally unplug. Thanks to Sharlene and to Sam for answering all the questions and working so hard to prepare the house for our family vacation. We had an amazing time and actually spent more time at the house than we would have normally because it was so comfortable and nice. The views of Long Bay from the 2nd level/main deck and pool area cannot even begin to be described not to mention the sunsets. "

"This property was perfect for us. Val, the property manager. was so kind and very helpful. He was waiting on us when we arrived. He took our luggage up to the top floor, where we were staying for 10 nights. He showed us everything we needed to know. The bed was very comfortable and the air kept us nice and cool in the evenings. It rained all day the first two days of our trip and wished we had a place to gather comfortably during this time besides the bedroom or bar stools, but we managed and would definitely stay here again. We had a rental car so we could explore all the beaches and restaurants without calling a taxi but if you don’t have a rental, you can walk to several places to eat. We loved Sebastian’s pizza just a few feet away. I can’t wait to visit again. . "
