"Although in need of some updates, the location of this hotel is great, walking distance to the beach and everything else in Cane Garden Bay. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a beautiful ocean view balcony. The only negative was very little hot water and no water pressure at all but we managed."

"Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa! We absolutely loved the jaw-dropping view from the huge outdoor patio balcony. We ate our meals and played games outside with the breathtaking view of Brewer’s Bay in the background. Our host, Heather, was very helpful and responsive to any needs we had and gave us excellent names for taxi drivers to bring us to and from the villa. The private path to the beach is a semi-difficult (but not long) hike , but so worth it! Our littlest...

"We’ve visited Apple Bay in Tortola for decades. We were heartbroken when the water front homes were devastated by the hurricane and delighted to see some of them back online. "We were satisfied with the spacious and clean apartment; however, there wasn't a lot of seating in the living room. There was off-street parking albeit tight corridors. The apartment has no oven to cook on, just a small toaster oven. Otherwise, it was pretty well stocked including enough bath towels. I want to mention that I received a 75 charge to replace a sheet because of a "cigarette burn" in the sheet; although no one smokes! "

"We had a wonderful stay here in Tortola. The location was great. The condo is walking distance (steep hill) to one beautiful beach and a very short drive to another. The rooms were comfortable. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms but with the breeze the rest of the apartment felt okay. The deck was absolutely perfect!"

"Our family decided to spend five days to relax after a week-long boat charter in the BVI. Flamingo Sunset was the perfect place! Extremely clean and had everything we would need for our stay. Watching the sunsets every afternoon was priceless. Communication with host and her team was excellent. A couple of beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Would certainly rent again and/or recommend to family and friends!"
