"This was our second experience in Tortola. The first time we stayed on the West End near Long Bay Resort. The beaches are great there, but the views here were amazing. We were boating out of Nanny Cay, so this location was more convenient. What makes the property so special is the huge deck with the hot tub. When we we there, we spent all of our time on the deck. The view is incredible any time of day. We loved watching the stars at night from the hot tub, watching the sunrise from our bed in the morning and hearing the crashing waves below. It was magical. Karen was a great host and very available when we had questions. Picked up groceries before we arrived, met us in Nanny Cay to guide us to the driveway. I highly recommend renting a car from Jerry's, they left us a car at the airport and their prices were lower than the big name companies. We took day trips to Smugglers Cove and Long Bay Beach Resort (Long Bay restaurants are open to the public< highly recommend Johnny's Beach Bar for lunch) Sugar Mill restaurant is in the same area Lobster Thermador is divine. Took a ferry to Virgin Gorda and rented a car. After our visit to the Baths, we drove to the Sugarcane restaurant for lunch. Swam in the pool next to the dining area (The rolling Bellinis were excellent as was the food and the view) Overall, our stay was a great experience. We would visit again, for sure. "

"The villa was just perfect for our stay. It was clean, very welcoming, and we loved the separate suite setup with a shared main area. The nature of everything being outside was really amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we would have needed if we planned to cook anything other than breakfast, but we enjoyed many meals out. We LOVED Omar's and Sugar Mill. We also visited Sebastian's and Pusser's, both great for the atmosphere! The owner and managers were incredibly prompt in all replies to our questions and requests. They were all so nice and catered to our every need. We could tell that they really knew the island, the area, and could give us really great advice. You definitely want a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the roads to get to the villa are steep! That was quite an adventure, but Maps and our directions from the owner were spot on! You will also want a vehicle if you plan on visiting the beach or taking other excursions on a daily basis, which we did. We loved Smuggler's Cove. We visited both Nigil and Patricia who were very different and both very pleasant. We rented our vehicle from Denzil Clyne who was very accommodating to our arrival on the East End (airport) and departure on the West End (ferry). We absolutely loved our 4 day, 5 night Limeberry Villa getaway celebrating a combined 50 years of marriage (20 years for 2 couples and 10 years for the other) and highly recommend the villa. "

"This was the best location on the entire island you wake up to the waves the sea breeze is perfect and if I'm not mistaking, we woke up to a rainbow over the ocean almost every morning. The Tides is such a well thought out accommodating space. I look forward to staying there again!"

"We loved our time at this house! Ivet was so welcoming and helpful and we loved the location. It is very private and feels quite safe. The views of St. John in the morning is really something I miss waking up to, and the seating out front is a perfect spot to wind down in the evening. It was very clean and comfortable with wonderful windows and an indoor/outdoor feel. We went as a family of four so each of our kids had their own room which worked out great and the common areas offer plenty of space. The only thing that surprised me was the beach front--we did not end up swimming at the house because it's very rocky and grassy so it's hard to tell what you may be stepping on. Not to say it wouldn't be possible, we just preferred the turquoise water at Smuggler's, Cane Garden, and Brewer's Bay during the day and came back to the house to crash later on. It's probably a good thing we didn't end up swimming there to limit our sun exposure anyway. I should also mention that neighboring Soper's Marina became part of our daily routine. Opa's coffee shop is delightful, and so is watching the sunset over the marina. The grocery store there was very convenient too. We would love to go back!"

"Stayed here as a stopover before taking a catamaran for the week. This is an excellent value for a clean beachfront property with a restaurant and small store. I would be bored staying here for a week, but it was perfect for what we needed. "

"This was a great spot right on Apple Bay with a short walk down hill to Sebastian's and a wonderful view. Private dedicated parking is also a plus. Accommodations were as represented and check-in, check-out was as easy as could be. We would come again."
