"Same experience as the above reviews. If it wasn’t that our son was in Edinburgh fringe we would never have endured the smell and dirt, there was no alternative available. After complaining we did appreciate getting a partial refund from the host. The money that was not returned was VRBO’s portion and I plan to argue for that too. "We had a wonderful stay here! Ruairidh has created a beautiful property that is very well appointed. There is a large table which gave my wife and I plenty of space to work. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bath and the kitchen were bright and modern. "The apartment was relatively clean and tidy. We did not get our breakfast package we pre ordered, after a couple emails and phone calls, determined was an oversite, a bit disappointed.
