"We arrived early and had to pay an additional amount to secure an upgraded room immediately. Windows from outside on 11th floor were dirty distracting the sea view. In the spa, steam room was not working and no hot water in the spa facilities. This was reported to the staff but was the same on a subsequent visit"

The breakfast and supper buffet were so tasty with their cultural foods and the atmosphere was one were you take your time and enjoy the food prepared for you it was an amazing stay and we were sad we had to leave.
