"Great location, spacious "State room' with opening on to own large balcony. Only criticism was thin 1 ply toilet paper, and shampoo and shower gel dispensers need about 15 pumps to get enough product. A false economy we have also experienced at some other places."

"Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"
