"We (3 adults, 3 children, 2 50lb dogs) had a lovely stay for 4th if July week. The fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. We all enjoyed the screened in porch and swing, ping pong table and outdoor shower. The house was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and gracious. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house!"

"Everything was so well explained prior to arrival, we did not have to contact Gina with any questions. Check-in/out was a breeze, and everything in the cottage was super easy to find. The property was well-kept. My one con is that the rug in the living room sheds quite a bit and stuck to our socks, but not enough to put a dent in our 5-star review. 😊 The binoculars and birdwatching book were a nice touch and came in handy when entertaining our toddler. "The location to the beach was not too far. There was a great breakfast place within walking distance also. The place was clean although the tub and shower could use some updating and the rug could be cleaned. Other than that it was a great vacation as we had an awesome time and have booked again for next year 😎. "
