I have not experienced this level of customer service in years at hotels. The room was very clean and cozy. The entire hotel was clean and cutely decorated for christmas. The breakfast was great also. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that area. "

"Front desk staff very welcoming and nice. Was disappointed to see restaurant wasn’t open and wouldn’t be until 2025:( nothing on site hotels.com site stated that when booking. Stayed her a few years back and also had a great experience, but this time the room was not very sound proof. Could hear the joining rooms door open and shut very loudly and someone decided at 3am to pace our hall for a good 20 plus minutes and talk on the phone. Could hear her whole convo. Woke everyone up.
